Grabine Freshwater Fishing Competition

Major Prize: 430 Brooker 'Saratoga' V-nose Punt, including a Bimini Cover, 30HP Mercury Outboard Motor & Brooker Multi-Roller Trailer - registered +Safety Equipment, 4 Rod Holders,Hummingbird Fish Finder (supplied by Cowra Marine)- valued at over $13 000

Included in the prize money is a raffle for a Jackaroo 3 piece Modular Outdoor Kitchen valued at $1850 being the 1st prize, plus a Primus Car Fridge/Freezer valued at $1395 as a second prize. These will be drawn at the presentation on Sunday 30th August 2009.
The Major Prize is by draw of all paid entry forms without having to record a catch, but the winner MUST be present at the time of the presentations on Sunday 30th August 2009 as soon as the results come to hand after the final weigh-in time of 10.00am. Perpetual Trophies for the weekend are also to be won!!

Many other prizes: Prize Divisions include the weigh-in of Trout, Murray Cod, Catfish, Silver Perch, Golden Perch and Carp (including Male & Female Senior and Junior Divisions). Official weigh-in sizes will be 35cm minimum for all species except Murray Cod, which will have a minimum length of 60cm. A nominated Club prize will be awarded to any nominated Club listed on the completed entry forms - the nominated club does not necessarily have to be a fishing club. Many more prizes will also be up for The Rules & Regulations on the Entry leaflet form part of the Conditions of Entry.

Entry Fees are $15 per adult, $7 per junior and $7 per pensioner on presentation of their card. Entry Forms will be available from the registration office at Grabine Lakeside State Park, or by request from the Secretary, Queen Street, Binda, NSW 2583. Pre-paid entries will be accepted before the 27th of August 2009, and the registration numbers will be listed on the weekend at the weigh-in station/s. One entry per form and the entry will not be validated until stamped with the Official Entry Number at the Grabine Lakeside State Park.

NB If the lake's water remains low during the Tournament, arrangements will be made to ensure easy access to the weigh-in facilities and other services for competitors. Due to the current water level, please exercise safe boating practices at all times. A courtesy bus will be operating throughout the Tournament if the water level remains low.
